- Cantonal Bank of Valais (BCVs)
- Cantonal Bank of Geneva (BCGe)
- QuickPay is available at a reduced price of 49 CHF for the customers of the following banks :<
- Raiffeisen Banks
- For the customers of the other banks, QuickPay is available for 75 CHF the unit and downloadable online.
What is necessary for me to be able to use QuickPay 3?

How to contact support for QuickPay ?
- Support for QuickPay is offered by the company Macrogram SA.
- The support is free and available by e-mail 24h/24 or telephone to the office hours.
How long can I use QuickPay without me to register?
- QuickPay functions freely during 30 days. After this period, it will be necessary for you to register your copy of QuickPay.
I do not manage to register QuickPay.
- Please download the latest version of QuickPay on our site. The last stable version is the 3.1, but a version 2.2 is also available for older computers.
- If you already received the serial number: the email containing the serial number of QuickPay only works with the datas (name, first name and/or company) that you transmitted to us. Take care of well informing the datas name, first name and company according to information's received by email.
If you do not have a serial number: you can be registered on our site. The serial number will be sent to you by email.
The menu of QuickPay does not function any more (versions former to QuickPay 2.2)
- You use an old version of QuickPay incompatible with the OS X updates. Please download the lastest version of QuickPay on our site. The last stable version is the 2.2, and most recent 3.0 is available in beta version.
